Cake Tasting!
I finished this 20s theme cake! My customer wanted a specific pattern on her cake.. So I made my own stencil with her pattern she gave me. My first time stenciling on a cake and it came out great! Feathers, Brooch, and pearls are material items (not edible).

This engagement cake is another favorite! I got to use my airbrush! AND the flavors are to die for.. A challenge and a success! Each cake is the same and has many layers.. One layer of white chocolate cheesecake, a filling layer of caramel and pecans, a layer of caramel cheesecake, and devil chocolate cake under that! Then frosted with chocolate ganache and caramel drizzle. I'll hopefully have a photo of the inside soon! Check out the customers review on YELP!
